Any fine flour is compatible with our system. however, we recommend using teff, barely, and wheat flour for best results.

our machines are built to last.  Your can run the machine up to 12-14 hours a day. 

Automitad supports injera up to 14 inches in diameter. We can make 18 inches injera, but output per hour will be compromised. contact us for more info.
